What Whimsy is
Whimsy is a children’s bicycle brand, not a retailer. It has two models. Bicycles are designed in Dubai for Gulf conditions and sold to the public through independent retailers and marketplaces across the UAE. There is no direct-to-consumer sales channel on playwhimsy.com.
